All guests must be over 18 years old or be represented by an adult to book an experience at Ecomotion Tours and complete the following liability waiver:
Rental of electric vehicle and/or participation in activity
Attention, assumption of risk, release of liability, and indemnification contract
The person participating in an EcoMotion Tour vehicle demonstration or activity will hereinafter be referred to as the “Participant”. The “Subscriber” will be understood as the Participant only when they are over 18 years old or with the signature of the Subscriber’s parent or legal guardian if the Subscriber is under 18 years old. The Subscriber agrees and understands that participation in the activity and/or use of EcoMotion Tour vehicles for any purpose may be dangerous and carries the risk of physical injury and/or even death.
The Subscriber accepts and understands that there are dangers and risks associated with participation in the activity, such as falls, injuries, and/or death, which may result from participation in the activity. The Subscriber accepts and understands that the risks include: falls, injuries, and scrapes, and should avoid: uneven surfaces, wet surfaces, debris, sharp turns, loss of control, jumps, descents at high speeds, the use of equipment with limited braking, limited turning capacity, equipment failure, or breakage, engine failure, and/or collisions with other EcoMotion Tour vehicles or collisions with fixed obstacles. The Subscriber is entirely responsible for their smartphone during this tour, releasing EcoMotion Tours, S.R.L from any liability for thefts, damages, and losses that may occur.
The Subscriber acknowledges and understands that the description of the risks mentioned above is illustrative but not exhaustive, and there may be other risks not listed; and that participation in the activity, whether or not described, may be dangerous and may also include inherent risks and/or risks that cannot reasonably be avoided without changing the nature of the activity. By signing this document, the signatory acknowledges that loss of property, injury, serious injury, and death are possible during their participation in the activity. RECOGNIZING THE RISKS AND DANGERS, THE SIGNATORY UNDERSTANDS THE NATURE OF THE ACTIVITY AND VOLUNTARILY CHOOSES TO PARTICIPATE, EXPRESSLY ASSUMING ALL RISKS AND DANGERS OF THE ACTIVITY.
